Q: Will I get a soft, medium or hard toothbrush?
A: Hard toothbrushes are no longer sold. We ship medium brushes as they do soften soon after you start using them.
Q: What age is a ‘Child’ classed as?
A: Children are classed up to and including 6 years old. If your child is 7 they can use an adult toothbrush. Cases vary depending on the size of their mouth so use your discretion.
Q: Can I choose my toothbrush colour?
A: Yes for adults, but kids ones do vary from time to time.
Q: How does the toothcare2u subscription work?
A: You simply sign up for toothcare2u products you want to receive in your package and they will arrive every three months.
Q: How often will I be billed?
A: If you choose to pay quarterly, you will be billed every three months beginning with your first order date.
Q: Will my subscription auto renew?
A: Yes, all subscriptions will continue to renew until you choose to cancel.
Q: I just ordered from toothcare2u. What happens next?
A: You will receive an email from us letting you know your order has been received and its on its way. Smile! All Toothcare2u deliveries are made by Australia Post posties so check your letterboxes on the days that your deliveries are due.
Australia Post aims to deliver between 2 and 6 working days. In our experience, it can take a little longer.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes
Q: Can I subscribe for the grandkids or someone else?
A: Yes. You can have multiple accounts, Just put in their address for shipping details.
Q: What will the parcel look like?
A: Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security with no mention of our company name or the contents of the parcel.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Simply log in to your toothcare2u account and you can reset your password by going to My Account tab, under account details.
Q: How do I change my shipping or billing address?
A: EASY! Just log into your toothcare2u account and click My Account, under the Address section. From there, click ‘Edit’ under your default address and save your new information.
Q: What happens if I change address during my subscription?
A: Easy! Just enter your current address when you sign up, when you move, come back to this page, and let us know your new address.
Q: How do I know my account is secure?
A: All transactions are conducted over SSL connections and we are fully PCI Level-1 Compliant.
A: How do I update my payment information?
A: Simply log into your toothcare2u account and you can update your payment information by clicking under the ‘payment methods’ section.
